When do I pay?

Full payment is required after your free consultation where we have established what services you will be using and after you have completed our candidate information form and signed our terms and conditions.

Who are your services suitable for?

My services are suitable to all and I operate a 100% honest and transparency policy so in the unlikely event I  am unable to help you for any reason I will let you know.

Are your services only for those in the UK?

I specialise in providing career advice for UK jobs only. I work with both UK clients who are looking for jobs in the UK as well as international clients who are looking for jobs in the UK.

Should I choose a standard service or a package?

This is completely down to you. With the free consultation I have in place, we will explore your needs further and can advise on which of our services we feel will be best for you.

When will I get my new documents?

Once I have received your payment and documents you would like me to review, I will send you your documents back within 7-10 working days. If you need your documents sooner, this can be discussed but there may be a charge.

What if I don't want to use any of your services but I just want general advice?

CV-INTERACT was launched because of my passion to help those struggling to get into their dream careers/jobs. I am always available to help out with general career advice, just contact me and we can arrange a time to speak. Due to my commitments to various clients, calls will last for 30 minutes max and will be free of charge.

Can I communicate with you at any time?

Yes, I have a contact anytime policy where you can reach out to me at any time and for any reason via email or phone.

How does your interview service work?

The interview service can be carried out either on the telephone, video call or in person depending on your preferences and your location. The session is for 120 minutes which can either be delivered in one session or split into two, again whichever your preference. The interview service focuses specifically on giving advice on presentation, body language and appearance, as well as going through mock interview questions and role plays. I am also open to go through whatever you feel you are struggling with which is identified in the consultation.

What happens if I am not happy with the service?

I am 100% committed to client satisfaction and want all of my clients to be as open with me as possible. In the event that you are not happy with my service, just let me know and I will do what I can to rectify the issue.
