Payment for Services
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice and we do not accept liability for this. Should our prices change after you have placed an order then the price at the time of purchase will apply. Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. Once the service you require has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice which must be paid in full before starting work on your order.
We work towards having your order ready within 7-10 working days from when we receive your documents and payment. Should you need your order earlier, please speak with us to ensure that we can meet your requirements. This turnaround time is not applicable to our interview and assessment day service. You will receive your documents in Microsoft word and Adobe Pro format only and we are not responsible for transferring your documents onto another software.
Refunds and Cancellations
We cannot offer any refunds or cancellations once the service has been purchased as work starts on your order as soon as we receive it. By placing a order with us you are making a commitment to us as we are to you.
We will respond to all client complaints within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt. All complaints must be sent to us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We always aim to resolve the complaint to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
